Hi Everybody,

 

This is an exciting new law which just went into effect on 30 Jul 08.  It can truly make a huge difference.  If you haven't owned a home in the last 3 years or are a first time home buyer.  You can receive this tax credit if you on the sale of a home between April 9, 2008 and June 30 2009.  I send this to all of you because even if you don't qualify, you may know someone who does.  This credit is an INTEREST FREE loan which puts up to 7,500 dollars into your pocket.  You would then pay this loan off over 15 years, absolutely interest free.  Use it to help furnish your new home or pay of other bills, interest free.
